Human Capital Services Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify valid documentation for payroll cost sheet preparation
- Ensures accurate calculation of wages, BPJS, tax PPH21, and other company deductions.
- Maintains payroll & tax PPh21 guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation to branch employee.
- Support the implementation of day-to-day Human Resources activities (employee administration and employee relation).
- Ensure that industrial relations activities within the scope national are carried out in accordance with the applicable systems and procedures.
- Initiate the formation of a supports system creation of a continuous improvement culture in the company environment and maintains the sustainability and success of the program.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economy, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Administration, or other related
- Minimum 3 year of experience in related field is preferred
- Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft Power point are required skills
- Ability in Macro Excel and SAP is preferable
- Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill
