Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing the delivery of legal services and recources to accomplish corporate goals. strategies and priorities.
  • Provide , review, analyze and evaluate day-to-day legal support, including associated with company improvement and operational business matters.
  • Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters.
  • Expert in agreement (Drafting-reviewing-negotiation).
  • Supporting business units to manage legal risks. 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Law from reputable university, Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and also experience in the banking/multi finance industry is an advantage, or Sound experience in Corporate Legal with minimum 5 years.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet specific goals, work effectively under pressure, and uphold ethical standards.
  • Fluent in English.
