In accordance with the provisions of Regulation of the Authority of Regulation of Financial Services no. 30/POJK.05/2014 on Good Corporate Governance for Financing Companies, the Company is improving the implementation of Good Corporate Governance from year to year in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and making these principles as a foundation in carrying out its activities in every aspect of the Company’s business and operations. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance practices for the Company does not merely comply with the prevailing laws and regulations but also means to innovate and improve management in an ongoing ways to improve the quality of good corporate governance principles so that the Company can eventually become a sound Company, Trustworthy and competitive and able to contribute maximally in growing the national economy.
