KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Leading the IA Development, Audit Methodology & QA Activities in supporting the audit activities.
• Developing Internal Audit Charter, Audit Methodology and standard audit program.
• Performing the QA assessment to ensure audit quality has conducted by auditors
• Providing the data for regulator or related party's request
• Leading the Continuous Auditing Activities by issuing anomaly report which impact to the business activities and may lead to red flag
• Establish and developing the scenarios or parameters to detect unusual transaction and red flag as well as to prevent fraud case
• Developing skill and knowledge of auditors in order to stay relevant with the audit standard
• Establish Data Analytic & Continuous Auditing framework
• Having Internal Audit certification (CIA, QIA and related).

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Have IA Development, Audit Methodology & QA background at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in financial services industry (banking/multifinance).
• Deep knowledge in developing Internal Audit Charter, Audit Methodology and audit program standard.
• Deep knowledge in audit methodology system, risk grading matrix, audit qualitative rating and internal audit rating.
• Having QA mechanism knowledge as a reminder system.
• Deep knowledge in internal audit procedure & regulation at Financial Service Industry’s regulation by OJK and International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF)
• Have a good analytical thinking, persuasive communication, and team work.
• Preferably Managerial specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
