PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing issued Bonds for CSUL Finance 2017. The funds obtained from the Public Offering of the Bonds after being deducted by Emission costs, are entirely the Company's working capital in the form of investment, working capital and multipurpose financing as determined by permits owned by CSULfinance are based on applicable laws and regulations. CSULfinance does not provide provision for funds for this Bond with consideration to optimizing the use of funds from the Public Offering of this Bond in accordance with the purpose of the plan to use the proceeds from the Bond Public Offering.
