As a tangible manifestation of its commitment to anti-fraud, CSULfinance held a Collection Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, online via the Zoom Meeting application. The event, which began at 9:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time, carried the theme “Integrity First: Anti-Fraud in Collection Management for the Future of the Company.”
Attended by around 200 employees, this event served as an important platform to strengthen the company's commitment to combating fraud. The event was also attended by CSULfinance's board of directors, including President Director Mr. Suwandi Wiratno, Finance Director Mr. Eddy Indradi Tirtokusumo, and Marketing Director Mr. Adi Fausta Lauw, demonstrating management's seriousness in addressing this issue.
This Town Hall Meeting Collection event is a collaborative initiative from the CSULfinance Anti-Fraud Management team, which consists of the Human Capital, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit departments. The main objective is to foster an anti-fraud culture and commitment throughout the company, especially in the Collection department.
As a tangible manifestation of this commitment, the event also featured the signing of an Integrity Pact by all participants. This signing symbolizes an agreement to avoid all forms of fraudulent activity, affirming that integrity is a core value that must be upheld for the sake of a better future for the company.
