Amidst the rapid development of the digital ecosystem that offers ease of transaction, maintaining financial health has become a challenge for modern society. Responding to this phenomenon, CSULfinance successfully held a webinar entitled “Money Talk: Financial Detox – Getting Out of the Trap of Digital Lifestyle & Paylater” on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
The event was attended by around 150 employees from various SBUs under the TMT Group. The event aimed to provide in-depth education for all employees on the importance of wise financial management. In today's era, the temptation of consumerism often comes through paylater features and uncontrolled online loans.
The webinar featured a highly competent speaker in her field, Lolita Setyawati, who is a Certified Financial Planner, educator, content creator, and founder of DAYA UANG.
In this webinar, Lolita shared practical strategies on how to “detoxify” digital shopping habits and how to build a healthy financial foundation without having to rely on burdensome short-term debt.
In addition, participants were also invited to conduct an independent Financial Check-Up. This session aims to help employees assess their financial health at the end of 2025, while also beginning to develop a more mature and measurable financial plan for 2026.
Through this webinar, CSULfinance is committed to continuing to support employee well-being, not only professionally, but also in terms of personal financial stability.
