In order to improve maximum service to debtors, CSULfinance is committed to providing clear and transparent information to all Debtors. Through this announcement, we would like to provide updated information regarding administrative fees that may arise during the implementation of the Financing Agreement.

As stated in the provisions of the Financing Agreement signed between CSULfinance and the Debtor, any costs that may arise in the future based on the Financing Agreement shall become the responsibility of the Debtor. Therefore, we hereby inform the following administrative fee provisions:

1. The administrative fee for the issuance of a Statement Letter for the extension of the Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) of the financed object is IDR35,000 per Agreement.

2. The administrative fee for the issuance of a Statement Letter confirming that the financed object is still under CSULfinance financing is IDR35,000 per Agreement.

3. The administrative fee for the safekeeping of ownership documents of a financed object that has been fully paid off but not collected within more than 30 (thirty) days is IDR5,000 per day.

These fees will come into effect on April 1, 2026 and will only be charged to the Debtor if the Debtor has an interest in the points mentioned above. All payments of these fees must be made via bank transfer to an account under the name of PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing. This concludes our announcement. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
