Jakarta - In commemoration of National Children's Day and to welcome CSULfinance's 30th Anniversary, CSULfinance organized a parenting webinar titled "Work Life Parenting: Nurturing Children at Home, Growing the Team at the Office" on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. The event was held online, and was attended by around 200 CSULfinance employees through the Zoom platform.

The webinar featured an expert speaker, Ms. Rahayu Hardianti Utami, a Clinical Psychologist from Talkparenting. In her session, Mrs. Rahayu discussed in depth how parents can balance their role in guiding children at home while remaining professional and productive in developing the team at the office. This interactive discussion provided insights and practical strategies for employees in facing the challenges of work-life balance in the modern era.

Through this event, CSULfinance hopes to educate and support employees' dual roles as professional individuals in the office and parents at home. In addition, it is hoped that the material presented can provide real benefits for employees in creating a harmonious family environment and a thriving career.
