Bogor – Mahadasha Group has once again demonstrated its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) through its “Employee Volunteerism 2025” program, now in its second year. With the theme “Empowered Villages,” this program is an integrated village-based empowerment program designed to improve the holistic welfare of communities in various fields.
This CSR program focuses on four main pillars: Economy, Education, Health, and Social, making it a comprehensive effort to create independence and sustainability at the community level. The “Employee Volunteerism 2025” activity was carried out in two batches, namely Batch 1 - Wednesday, November 26, 2025 and Batch 2 - Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
The event is specifically located in Kampung Pedurenan and Kampung Selawi, which are the main targets of this empowerment initiative. A total of 191 employees from various TMT Group business units participated as volunteers. The involvement of these employees is at the heart of the volunteerism program, where they channel their expertise and time to interact directly and provide tangible benefits to the village community.
Various planned and measurable CSR activities are carried out to directly address the needs of the community, including Home Visits (Prenatal Education), which provide direct counseling on nutrition and health during pregnancy. Prenatal Exercise encourages pregnant women to be physically active for the health of themselves and their babies.
In addition, there is also PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) Education for Students, to instill clean living habits from an early age among students, and Posyandu Revitalization, which involves improving the facilities and infrastructure of Posyandu as a center for maternal and child health services in villages.
In the economic sector, this CSR program also conducts MSME Business Coaching to provide training and assistance to local MSME players to increase their business capacity and competitiveness. Fish Farming in Buckets (Budikdamber) educates simple farming techniques that can be a source of protein and additional income for families.
Through the synergy between integrated programs and the spirit of employee volunteerism, Mahadasha Group, in collaboration with Human Initiative, has made a significant contribution to realizing “Empowered Villages.” This activity is not merely assistance, but also a long-term investment in the progress and welfare of the Ciburayut Village community.
