Jakarta – As part of its commitment to strengthening human resource capacity, CSULfinance, through its POD division, held a High Impact Presentation Skills Training session on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The event, which took place at the CSUL Training Room in CIBIS Park, South Jakarta, was attended by 25 employees who showed great enthusiasm from the very start of the session.

The training was made even more special by the presence of Sasti Hapsari, a Professional Trainer from Eshacomms, who facilitated the event. During the session, participants were equipped with in-depth insights into the fundamentals of effective presentations, ranging from how to build a strong foundation for communication to techniques for structuring messages to ensure they remain clear and logical when delivered to an audience.

In addition to narrative aspects, participants were also guided to understand the essence of using visuals and slide design to optimally support the delivery of content. The training focused not only on content preparation but also on building confidence and mastering persuasive delivery techniques. Employees were trained to handle Q&A sessions calmly and with a solution-oriented approach.

The highlight of this activity was a hands-on practice session, where each participant had the opportunity to apply all the theories they had learned. Through this simulation, it is hoped that CSULfinance employees will be able to present strategic ideas in a more impactful and professional manner to support the company’s future performance.
