Starting December 17, 2024, the government applies the latest passport making tariffs in accordance with PP Number 45 of 2024 signed by President Jokowi on October 18, 2024.
Here is a complete list of the latest passport making prices:
- NonElectronic ordinary passports with a maximum validity of 5 years: IDR 350,000
- NonElectronic ordinary passport with a maximum validity of 10 years: IDR 650,000
- Electronic ordinary passport with a maximum validity of 5 years: IDR 650,000
- Electronic ordinary passport maximum validity period of 10 years: IDR 950,000
- Passportlike travel letter for Indonesian citizen (WNI): IDR 100,000
- Travel letter as Passport for Foreign Citizen (WNA): IDR 150,000
- Passport acceleration service is completed on the same day: IDR 1,000,000 excluding passport issuance fees
Passport Making Requirements:
- Valid identity card (KTP) or certificate of moving abroad
- Family Card (KK)
- Documents in the form of birth certificates, marriage certificates, diploma books, or baptism letters
- Indonesian citizenship letter for foreigners who obtained Indonesian citizenship
- Letter of determination of name change (for those who have changed their name) from the authorized official
How to Make a Passport at the Immigration Office:
- Fill in the data in the application provided at the application counter and attach the required documents.
- Wait for immigration officials to check the documents
- Get an application receipt and payment code from the immigration official after the required documents are declared complete
- If the required documents are declared incomplete, accept the application documents returned by the immigration official. The application is considered withdrawn.
