As part of ongoing efforts to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, the CSULfinance Business Process Improvement (BPI) team successfully organized a workshop titled "Courier Exercise" on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the Tiara Meeting Room, TMT Building, Jakarta.

The workshop was attended by 29 invited participants, comprising selected supervisors and finalists from the CSUL Improvement Competition (CIC) 2025. The participation of these CIC finalists was intended to bring a spirit of renewal and fresh ideas ready for implementation within the workplace.

A key highlight of the workshop was an interactive and challenging role-play session. During this session, participants were tasked with simulating the process of building a company from the ground up. Through this simulation, they were encouraged to identify potential operational issues and obstacles, analyze constraints that could hinder business growth, and formulate tactical and strategic solutions to enhance the company's performance.

The event was officially opened by Mr. Suwandi Wiratno, President Director of CSULfinance. In his remarks, Mr. Suwandi expressed high hopes for the continuity of this event and the company's future. "I hope all participants present today will become pioneers within their respective divisions. Be the driving force behind new innovations that accelerate our internal processes while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our debtors' expectations," said Mr. Suwandi.

Through this "Courier Exercise" Workshop, the CSULfinance BPI team aims to cultivate resilient agents of change who are responsive to shifts and ready to propel CSULfinance to greater heights of success.
