Jakarta - CSULfinance held Powerful Communication Skill Training for employees as a skill development program when communicating, to create a work environment with effective communication. This training was held on Friday, September 20, 2024 located in the CSULfinance Training Room Jakarta Marketing Hub, Cibis Park.

This training is a program from CSULfinance Human Capital by presenting Putri Yulianti who is a POD Specialist as a trainer. With the theme Elevate your confidence & Communication Skill, participants were equipped with knowledge on how to communicate effectively between employees and trained to understand the type of conversation so they could adjust what type of communication should be used and learn to increase confidence when talking to others.

At the end of the session, participants had the opportunity to be able to assess and measure their personality and level of communication used daily using a special survey from the trainer.
