The Financial Services Authority (OJK) successfully held a webinar focused on strengthening risk management in the financial sector. The event was held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, with the theme “Risk Appetite and Risk Culture: Key Pillars in Strengthening Risk Management in the Financial Sector.”

This webinar was held to provide participants with comprehensive insights into the concepts and importance of risk appetite and risk culture, particularly in the context of the financial sector. Through a deep understanding of these two pillars, the event was expected to strengthen integrated and sustainable risk management across all financial services institutions.

The event featured three prominent speakers from various backgrounds who are competent in the field of risk management, namely Mr. Tony, Head of the Prudential and Financial System Integrity Directorate at OJK, Mr. Ahmad Siddik Badruddin, Director of Risk Management at PT Pertamina (Persero), and Mr. Goei Siauw Hong, Independent Commissioner at Bank Permata.

The active participation of OJK and industry practitioners in this webinar demonstrates a shared commitment to improving risk management standards and practices.
