• The signing of a syndicated credit facility agreement of USD30 million with Standard Chartered Bank & PT Bank ANZ Indonesia as Lead Arranger, Standard Chartered Bank (Hongkong) Ltd., and PT Bank Central Asia as guarantee agent and facility agent.

• Expansion of the Company's business reach, by the opening of ABU branch offices in Pekanbaru, Surabaya, and Bandung.
• The signing of syndication agreement with Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch, as Lead Arranger and PT. Bank DBS Indonesia as security agent and facility agent.

• Diversification of the Company’s business in conformity with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 29/ POJK.05/2014 on Operation of Finance Company from leasing, factoring, consumer financing and credit card services, to investment finance, working capital finance and multipurpose finance. 
• Expansion of the Company’s business by the opening of branch offices in South Jakarta, East Jakarta and West Jakarta, and theestablishment of a representative office in Bogor.   

Launching of new business for the retail market by the opening of an Automotive Business unit (ABU) and home financing for public costumers (non-TMT employees).
