Business Process Improvement Specialist
Job Description:
  • Facilitating improvement process and business process management.
  • Facilitating process improvement (6 sigma, 5R, and 5S)
  • Manage and facilitating to make documentation business process (Policy, SOP,WI, etc)
  • Able to make MOM as/running project and renewal project activity report
  • Able to make user guidance as/application or system which have been developed in initiatice project.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industry Technology with min GPA 3,00
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in banking/multi finance industry is an advantage
  • Able to work orderly/ neat/ structured.
  • Quick response, and customer service orientation.
  • Good in business English, analytical skill, and facilitation skill.
