Job Description:

  • Responsible for the implementation of improvement process in the company.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and assist the implementation of improvement in the company’s internal processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of SS, 5R, and QCC.

Requirement(s):

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, maximum 28 years old
  • Min. 3 year experience in coordinating and facilitating improvement process.
  • Have a good communication, social, facilitating, and analytical skill.
  • Diligent and target oriented.
